Shipping and returns policy
Carbal makes available to users a secure telematic payment gateway for credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and similar cards).
By authorizing the payment, the user is confirming that the credit or debit card belongs to them. Credit cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity, so if said entity does not authorize payment, Carbal will not be responsible for non-delivery or delay in delivery, and the payment will not be formalized. buys.
Carbal undertakes not to store, under any circumstances, sensitive information such as card numbers or authentication codes.
The possibility of payment through transfer or bank deposit is also offered under special conditions. In this case Carbal reserves the right to delay shipping the purchase until it has the necessary collection guarantees.
The user agrees to make full payment for the products purchased within the time established by the company.
Delivery method and times:
Once the purchase is confirmed, the delivery time will not exceed 15 business days, with the usual delivery time being less than 24-48 hours for shipments within the national territory from Monday to Friday.
As a general rule, packages are sent within 24 hours of receiving payment, via MRW or Fedex, with tracking number and delivery with signature.
Return policy:
Once the packaging is opened and as long as the seal has not been tampered with, broken, torn or removed from the product, the customer will not be able to use the right of withdrawal, but may change them within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery date. .
To do this, the client must contact us by email at the address joyeriascarbal@gmail.com indicating the identifier or order number, the purchase invoice and the client's name.
If the customer wishes to return the product or exchange it, they must send it to our store at Calle Velázquez 45 28001, Madrid, Spain. Once the product is received, the company will check its status. If it is in perfect condition, with the seal unbroken, unmanipulated and placed in the same place where the company placed it, without scratches or bumps, without obvious signs of use or breaks, including all the original packaging, cases and ribbons, the company will accept the return and send you a confirmation by email. If it is a change, Carbal will inform the customer of the existence or not of the new chosen product. On the contrary, if it is a return, Carbal will refund the price of the product. If the company does not accept the return, the product will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
- If you wish to modify or cancel your order, you will have to contact us via email joyeriascarbal@gmail.com before your order has been shipped. The customer can do this at no cost. If the order has already been sent, we will not be able to process its modification or cancellation.
- The customer has 14 days to return the product once received. Likewise, the customer will have to pay the shipping costs ( only if the order is less than 500 euros) to our offices at Calle Velázquez 45 28001, Madrid, Spain. Once we receive the product, we will refund the price paid for it. In case you receive the damaged product, Joyerias Carbal will pay for the collection and shipping of another new product.
- The customer will not be able to return the product if it has been used and/or damaged. If you try to return it, and the product has been used and/or damaged, you will not receive the purchase money. In this case, we can resend the product to you but you will have to pay the shipping costs.
